Return & Refund Policy
At PicToBrick, every custom brick figure is personalized and created from the photos you provide. Because each order is uniquely made for you, our refund and cancellation policy differs from standard retail products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before design work starts:
You may cancel your order for a full refund.
After design work begins (but before design approval):
You may cancel your order and receive a 50% refund. The remaining amount covers the time and work already invested by our designers.
After design approval:
Once you have approved your custom design, your order enters production. At this stage, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds are no longer available.
Custom Product Policy
All PicToBrick figures are custom-made based on customer-submitted photos.
As a result:
- Returns are not accepted due to change of mind, ordering by mistake, or personal preference.
- Refunds are not available once production has begun following design approval.
- Minor variations between your submitted photo and the final brick figure are normal and expected as part of the custom design and brick-building process.
- Each figure is individually designed by hand, making every creation unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos showing the damage or issue
