Order Processing

All orders are custom-made and require production before shipment.

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Custom design and production take up to 5 business days.
• Packaging and shipment preparation require an additional 1–2 business days.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 8–12 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and peak shipping seasons.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, delivery delays may occur. PicToBrick is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or experiences unusual delays, please contact our support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide updates whenever possible.

Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your country or region, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
